The service offers the possibility to choose between our two different ones”Live cooking”:

La Raspadura: an ancient cheese tradition from Northern Italy with more than 500 years of history where the protagonist is a giant wheel of Parmesan cheese from Lodi weighing more than 20 kg. A show aligned with elegance and refinement for the eyes and palates of all the guests invited to your wedding. The raspadura cheese will be offered exclusively with a cut made on the spot, for a complete and perfect interaction.

Spinning : An original gastronomic show from southern Italy to enjoy fresh handmade mozzarella, bocconcini, nodini and artisanal burrata stracciatella.

  • Minimum Number of Guests: The service requires a minimum of 80 people (pax) to be hired.
  • IInclusion of Services and Materials: The service includes the master cheesemaker, occasional waiters, transportation (up to 100 km per day), and materials.
  • Advance for Orders: To ensure the highest quality and preparation of our service, all orders for events must be made at least 15 days in advance of the event date.
  • You can choose only one LIVE COOKING service per event, Between Scrapadura and La Filatura, with the possibility of adding the extra Premium Cheese Buffet service.
