• Clients: Companies or individuals looking for catering services.
• Providers: Catering companies and partner chefs.

Each user must provide truthful information and not impersonate third parties.

3. Bookings and Responsibilities

1️⃣ The client submits a request via the Platform.
2️⃣ Merci Chefs selects the best options and sends proposals.
3️⃣ The client accepts a proposal, and the contract is established directly with the caterer.

📌 Responsibilities

• Merci Chefs is not responsible for the quality of services provided by caterers.
• Any claims should be directed to the respective caterer.
• Merci Chefs does not guarantee caterer availability on specific dates.

4. User Obligations

By using the Platform, users agree to:

✅ Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
✅ Not misuse the Platform or share illegal or inappropriate content.
✅ Not use the Platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension or deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Merci Chefs (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.

🚫 Copying, modifying, or using this content without prior authorization is prohibited.
